Compliance with KYC Guidelines - Public Notice
All account holders of the Bank who have not yet complied with KYC guidelines are hereby requested to make their accounts KYC compliant by contacting their home branches and completing the required documentation latest by 31st August 2010. Bank will be reluctantly compelled in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines, to freeze operations on the KYC non-compliant accounts thereafter, without further notice at the risk, responsibility and cost of the customer. Bank may also without prejudice to any other action, which it might take, and at its discretion, permanently close KYC non-compliant accounts if any, after 31st August 2010.

As per Reserve
Bank of India directions, the
following are implemented with effect from 15.10.2009,
for cash withdrawal by customers
of Indian
Bank from ATMs of
other banks:
1. With effect from 15.10.2009
the maximum cash withdrawal by customers
of other banks is limited to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
ten thousand only) per transaction.
2. Cash withdrawals from ATMs of other banks
by our customers, more than five times from Savings
Bank A/c in a calendar month will attract levy
of charges of Rs.20 per withdrawal.
3. In respect
of our Current-Account Customers
all withdrawals through other banks ATMs
will attract levy of charges of Rs.20
per withdrawal.
