Privacy Policy – TNDPL – IRMS

This app (TNDPL – IRMS) is intended solely for authorised employees of Directorate of Public Libraries Tamil Nadu (organisation). Access is restricted to users on-boarded and authenticated by the organisation for purposes serving their collective goals. User (employee) privacy and data security is guided by the internal policy of the organisation.

During transaction processing, data collected related to clients of the organisation are kept private and secure guided by the respective agreements with the clients and user consents with the same.

All collected data is stored securely and is used strictly for the organisation’s operations. All technical and organisational measures to safeguard information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure are ensured and in place.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the revised effective date.

Do’s and Don’ts

Do’s:

• Always download the latest version of the App from Google Play Store only and not from any other webpages/app-stores/links/emails.
• Update your device and keep it secured at all times.
• If any discrepancy is observed, please immediately report to IB-TNDPL-IRMS-APP@indianbank.co.in.

Don’ts:

• Never download any unknown/suspicious apps which can permit remote access of your mobile.
• Do not share your user IDs or passwords with anyone.
• Do not provide any information on a page that might appear as a pop-up window.
• Always remember that information like passwords are strictly confidential and not known even to employees/service personnel of the organisation. You should never divulge such information even if asked.

Any unauthorised use of the Application is prohibited and shall attract criminal action.
